Text

A person who, for himself or herself or as agent, takes or solicits orders for the sale of malt beverages, vinous beverages, or ready-to-drink spirits beverages, except for licensees or from agencies of the U.S. Armed Forces as specified in section 421 of this title, or of spirits or fortified wines shall be imprisoned not more than six months or fined not more than $500.00 nor less than $100.00, or both.
