Text
The inhabitants of the district shall be a body corporate. The first meeting shall be called by the selectboard in the manner provided for warning fire district meetings. The selectboard chair or, in the chair’s absence, either of the others shall preside at such meeting. (Amended 2021, No. 105 (Adj. Sess.), § 391, eff. July 1, 2022.)
