§ 1252 — Definitions

Vermont·Title 21 Title 21: Labor·Ch. 16A Chapter 016A: Domestic and Sexual Violence Survivors' Transitional Employment Program

For the purposes of this chapter:

(1)“Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Labor or the Commissioner’s designee.

(2)“Department” means the Department of Labor.

(3)“Domestic and sexual violence” means domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking as defined in 15 V.S.A. § 1151.

(4)“Weekly payment” means an amount determined in accordance with section 1338 of this title. (Added 2005, No. 49, § 1; amended 2005, No. 103 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 5, 2006.)
