Text
The Governor shall appoint one or more persons with relevant knowledge and experience to represent the State on the Commission established by Article III of the Compact. The Governor may appoint an alternate for each Commission member appointed under this section. Each Commission member and alternate, if appointed, shall serve at the pleasure of the Governor. (Added 1993, No. 137 (Adj. Sess.), § 2; amended 2011, No. 47, § 20r, eff. May 25, 2011.)
