Text

(a)Any handler or distributor that buys, offers to buy, sells, or transfers ownership of milk in any form at any price or for any consideration that is less than the price or prices set by rule of the Commission may be assessed an administrative penalty by the Secretary, in accordance with the standards and procedures set forth in sections 15, 16, and 17 of this title, in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00 for each violation and not to exceed $50,000.00 per day for multiple violations in a single transaction or a series of related transactions.
(b)The Commission, through the Secretary, may seek appropriate injunctive relief to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
