§ 2678 — Penalties
Vermont·Title 6 Title 6: Agriculture·Ch. 151 Chapter 151: Supervision, Inspection, and Licensing of Dairy Operations
Any handler, producer, or other person who violates any of the provisions of this part or the rules adopted under this part shall be fined not less than $25.00 or more than $1,000.00, or imprisoned for not more than one year, or both.
