§ 1303 — Application of chapter

Vermont·Title 27 Title 27: Property·Ch. 15 Chapter 015: Condominium Ownership Act

This chapter shall apply only to property, the sole owner or all of the owners of which make the property subject to this chapter by duly executing and recording a declaration as provided in this chapter.
