Text

A license fee shall be charged for each sales license granted to a person for the purpose of selling lottery tickets at the time the person is first granted a license. The fee shall be fixed by the Board of Liquor and Lottery, but no license fee in excess of $50.00 may be charged. (Added 1977, No. 82, § 2, eff. April 27, 1977; amended 2013, No. 191 (Adj.
