Text

The inhabitants of the Town of Milton, within the limits as now established, shall be a municipal corporate by the name of the Town of Milton, including the area within the former incorporated Village of Milton, the geographical boundaries of which are referenced in 1900 Acts and Resolves No. 183, Sec.
