Text
The public transportation systems and facilities operating under this authority are exempt from any of the regulatory provisions of Title 30, except that the Public Utility Commission may impose any regulatory provisions of Title 30 that it may determine from time to time to be necessary. (Added 1975, No. 153 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. March 10, 1976.)
