Text

Notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in 1 V.S.A. § 317, section 3102 of this title, or any other provision of law, the names and addresses of taxpayers, the description of eligible property, the current use valuation of such property participating in the Current Use Value Appraisal Program under this chapter and the amount reimbursed by the State to the town with respect to the eligible property shall be public records subject to public inspection and copying under 1 V.S.A. chapter 5, subchapter 3. (Added 1985, No. 242 (Adj. Sess.), § 311; amended 1995, No. 169 (Adj. Sess.), § 4, eff. May 15, 1996.)
