§ 5206 — Maintaining notice one year
Vermont·Title 10 Title 10: Conservation and Development·Ch. 119 Chapter 119: Private Preserves, Propagation Farms, Private Ponds, Refuges, and Shooting Grounds
A person shall not maintain a notice prohibiting fishing for more than one year after such waters were last stocked.
