§ 3326 — Uniformity of application and construction

Vermont·Title 14 Title 14: Decedents' Estates and Fiduciary Relations·Ch. 118 Chapter 118: Uniform Principal and Income Act
In applying and construing this chapter, consideration shall be given to the need to promote uniformity of the law with respect to its subject matter among states that enact it. (Added 2011, No. 114 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
