§ 3153 — International application of act
Vermont·Title 14 Title 14: Decedents' Estates and Fiduciary Relations·Ch. 114 Chapter 114: Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act
A court of this State may treat a foreign country as if it were a state for the purpose of applying this subchapter and subchapters 2, 3, and 5 of this chapter.
