§ 406 — Appeals
Vermont·Title 29 Title 29: Public Property and Supplies·Ch. 11 Chapter 011: Management of Lakes and Ponds
Appeals of any act or decision of the Department under this chapter shall be made in accordance with 10 V.S.A. chapter 220. (Added 1967, No. 308 (Adj. Sess.), § 6, eff.
