Text

(a)Within 90 days of the termination, nonrenewal, or cancellation of any franchise by the manufacturer, pursuant to section 4089 or subdivision 4090(a)(2)(B) of this title or to the termination, nonrenewal, or cancellation of a franchise by the franchisee, the new motor vehicle dealer shall be paid by the manufacturer for the:
(1)dealer cost plus any charges by the manufacturer thereof for distribution, delivery, and taxes paid by the dealer, less all allowances paid to the dealer by the manufacturer for all new and undamaged motor vehicle inventory purchased from the manufacturer or distributor or from another new motor vehicle dealer of the same line-make in the ordinary course of business if the vehicles have 500 miles or less on the odometer, or in the case of a motor home if the veh
