§ 3311 — Quorum

Vermont·Title 8 Title 8: Banking and Insurance·Ch. 101 Chapter 101: Insurance Companies Generally
In the case of a mutual insurance company, the policyholders or annuitants therein, who attend a duly called meeting, shall constitute a quorum. (Added 1967, No. 344 (Adj. Sess.), § 1 (ch. 1, subch. 1, § 11).)
