Text

(1)The board shall:
(1)(a) make policies to direct the director in carrying out the director's duties;
(1)(b) approve the society's rules; and
(1)(c) make recommendations to the society for the development of programs consistent with this chapter.
(2)The board may establish subcommittees to assist the board, the office, and the society in carrying out the responsibilities under this chapter.
