(1)There is created the Department of Cultural and Community Engagement.
(2)The department is responsible for:
(2)(a) planning, promoting, and supporting cultural and community engagement in the state, including programs and activities related to:
(2)(a)(i) libraries;
(2)(a)(ii) history;
(2)(a)(iii) the arts;
(2)(a)(iv) STEM engagement;
(2)(a)(v) museums;
(2)(a)(vi) cultural development;
(2)(a)(vii) cultural organizations;
(2)(a)(viii) multicultural organizations and communities;
(2)(a)(ix) service and volunteerism;
(2)(a)(x) the coordination of relationships with tribal nations;
(2)(a)(xi) the regulation of professional unarmed combat sports; and
(2)(a)(xii) historic preservation;
(2)(b) overseeing and coordinating the program plans of the divisions within the department;
(2)(c) adminis
