Text
(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Child sexual abuse material" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5b-103.
(1)(b) "Harmful to minors" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5c-101.
(1)(c) "Obscene" means the same as that term is defined in 20 U.S.C. Sec. 9101.
(1)(d) "Technology protection measure" means a technology that blocks or filters Internet access to visual depictions.
(2)State funds may not be provided to any public library that provides public access to the Internet unless the library:
(2)(a) (2)(a)(i) has in place a policy of Internet safety for minors, including the operation of a technology protection measure:
