Text
(1)The arts and museums board may:
(1)(a) with the concurrence of the director, make rules governing the conduct of the arts and museums board's business in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act; and
(1)(b) receive gifts, bequests, and property.
(2)The arts and museums board shall:
(2)(a) act in an advisory capacity for the division;
(2)(b) in accordance with Subsection (3), advise the division regarding the works of art acquired and maintained under this part; and
(2)(c) with the concurrence of the director, approve the allocation of arts and museums grant money and State of Utah Alice Merrill Horne Art Collection acquisition funding.
