§ 9-21-302 — Commission duties.

(1)The commission shall:
(1)(a) cooperate with the division and state agencies to ensure the state's resources, services, and programs:
(1)(a)(i) advance the interests of the state's multicultural communities;
(1)(a)(ii) are properly communicated and delivered to the state's multicultural communities; and
(1)(a)(iii) promote a climate of inclusion in the state;
(1)(b) develop and submit to the lieutenant governor an annual report that includes:
(1)(b)(i) a description of the needs, goals, and deliverables that will directly impact the most significant and urgent needs of the state's multicultural communities; and
(1)(b)(ii) recommendations on how the state should act to address the needs, goals, and deliverables described in Subsection (1)(b)(i); and
(1)(c) convene an annual meeting to d
