Text
(1)The executive director of the department, in consultation with the commission, shall appoint a director of the commission who is:
(1)(a) experienced in administration; and
(1)(b) qualified by education or training in the field of public administration.
(2)The director of the commission shall report to the executive director.
(3)The commission shall:
(3)(a) report to the office of the lieutenant governor; and
(3)(b) by January 1, provide an annual written report to the lieutenant governor on service and volunteerism in the state.
(4)The department shall provide administrative and staff support services to the commission.
