Text
(1)The chair shall:
(1)(a) preside at meetings of the commission; and
(1)(b) authorize and execute the actions of the commission.
(2)The vice chair shall:
(2)(a) assist the chair;
(2)(b) if the chair is absent, perform the duties of the chair;
(2)(c) accept special assignments from the chair; and
(2)(d) perform other duties as delegated by the commission.
