§ 79-6-602 — Definitions.

As used in this part:

(1)"Applicant" means a person that conducts business in the state and that applies for a tax credit under this part.
(2)(2)(a) "District energy system" means equipment and facilities that:
(2)(a)(i) use one or more thermal energy sources to provide:
(2)(a)(i)(A) space heating;
(2)(a)(i)(B) hot water; or
(2)(a)(i)(C) space cooling; and
(2)(a)(ii) deliver services through a distribution system.
(2)(b) "District energy system" includes:
(2)(b)(i) plants;
(2)(b)(ii) equipment;
(2)(b)(iii) distribution piping;
(2)(b)(iv) apparatus; and
(2)(b)(v) other facilities used to provide space heating, hot water, or space cooling.
(3)(3)(a) "Energy delivery project" means a project that is designed to:
(3)(a)(i) increase the capacity for the delivery of energy to a user of energy
