§ 79-6-1106 — Authorized uses of fund money.
(1)The council may use fund money to:
(1)(a) facilitate electrical energy infrastructure development within the state, including:
(1)(a)(i) transmission and distribution lines;
(1)(a)(ii) pipeline development;
(1)(a)(iii) energy storage facilities;
(1)(a)(iv) generation facilities;
(1)(a)(v) related infrastructure; and
(1)(a)(vi) to fund research, site selection, permitting, public outreach, and other activities related to the development of nuclear energy;
(1)(b) provide matching funds for federal energy development grants;
(1)(c) support energy workforce development programs;
(1)(d) provide incentives for electrical energy development projects; and
(1)(e) pay for administrative expenses related to the council's duties.
