Text

(1)The following charges are assessed in the following parks for playing nine holes of golf:
(1)(a) 30% of the revenue at Wasatch Mountain State Park;
(1)(b) 30% of the revenue at Palisade State Park; and
(1)(c) 30% of the revenue at Green River State Park.
(2)A charge in Subsection (1) is:
(2)(a) in addition to a charge set by the division; and
(2)(b) to be used at the park where the money is collected for:
(2)(b)(i) the upgrade or development of facilities; or
(2)(b)(ii) the purchase of golf course operation and maintenance equipment and operating supplies or materials.
