Text
(1)The executive director shall appoint a director to administer the initiative.
(2)The director shall:
(2)(a) be the executive and administrative head of the initiative; and
(2)(b) have demonstrated the necessary administrative and professional ability through education and experience to efficiently and effectively manage the initiative's affairs.
(3)The director is appointed by the executive director.
(4)(4)(a) The department shall staff the initiative.
(4)(b) With approval of the executive director and the division director, and under the direction of the director, division staff with relevant expertise or experience may assist the director with administering the initiative.
