Text

(1)As used in this section:
(1)(a) "Feasible" means reasonably practicable after consideration of factors including:
(1)(a)(i) cost;
(1)(a)(ii) delay;
(1)(a)(iii) terrain;
(1)(a)(iv) safety; and
(1)(a)(v) the size and complexity of the infrastructure route.
(1)(b) "Governing body" means:
(1)(b)(i) for a county, city, or town, the legislative body of the county, city, or town; and
(1)(b)(ii) for any other political subdivision of the state, the person or body with authority to govern the affairs of the political subdivision.
(1)(c) "High voltage power line" means the same as that term is defined in Section 54-18-102.
(1)(d) "Infrastructure siting analysis" means a comprehensive evaluation that:
(1)(d)(i) identifies and assesses all reasonable route alternatives for the proposed infrastruc
