§ 76-9-1602 — Money laundering.

(1)Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-9-1601 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits money laundering if the actor:
(2)(a) (2)(a)(i) transports, receives, or acquires property that is the proceeds of unlawful activity; and
(2)(a)(ii) knows that the property represents the proceeds of unlawful activity;
(2)(b) (2)(b)(i) makes proceeds of unlawful activity available to another person by transaction, transportation, or other means; and
(2)(b)(ii) knows that the proceeds are intended to be used for the purpose of continuing or furthering the commission of unlawful activity; or
(2)(c) (2)(c)(i) conducts a transaction involving property;
(2)(c)(ii) knows that the property represents the proceeds of unlawful activity; and
(2)(c)(iii) conducts the transaction with the intent:
