§ 76-9-1401 — Definitions.

As used in this part:

(1)(1)(a) "Amusement device" means a game that:
(1)(a)(i) is activated by a coin, token, or other object of consideration or value; and
(1)(a)(ii) does not provide the opportunity to:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) enter into a sweepstakes, lottery, or other gambling event; or
(1)(a)(ii)(B) receive any form of consideration or value, except an appropriate reward.
(1)(b) "Amusement device" includes:
(1)(b)(i) a video game;
(1)(b)(ii) a driving simulator;
(1)(b)(iii) an electronic game;
(1)(b)(iv) a claw machine;
(1)(b)(v) a bowling game;
(1)(b)(vi) a shuffleboard game;
(1)(b)(vii) a skee-ball game;
(1)(b)(viii) a pool table;
(1)(b)(ix) a pinball machine;
(1)(b)(x) a target machine; and
(1)(b)(xi) a baseball machine.
(2)"Amusement facility" means a facility that:
