§ 76-9-1110 — Abuse of psychotoxic chemical solvent.

(1)(1)(a) As used in this section, "psychotoxic chemical solvent" includes any glue, cement, or other substance containing one or more of the following chemical compounds:
(1)(a)(i) acetone and acetate;
(1)(a)(ii) amyl nitrite or amyl nitrate or their isomers;
(1)(a)(iii) benzene, butyl alcohol, butyl nitrite, butyl nitrate, or their isomers;
(1)(a)(iv) ethyl alcohol, ethyl nitrite, or ethyl nitrate;
(1)(a)(v) ethylene dichloride;
(1)(a)(vi) isobutyl alcohol;
(1)(a)(vii) methyl alcohol;
(1)(a)(viii) methyl ethyl ketone;
(1)(a)(ix) n-propyl alcohol;
(1)(a)(x) pentachlorophenol;
(1)(a)(xi) petroleum ether;
(1)(a)(xii) propyl nitrite or propyl nitrate or their isomers;
(1)(a)(xiii) toluene;
(1)(a)(xiv) xylene; or
(1)(a)(xv) another chemical substance capable of causing a condition of intoxic
