Text

(1)(1)(a) As used in this section:
(1)(a)(i) "Driver" means the driver of a school bus.
(1)(a)(ii) "School bus" means a publicly or privately owned motor vehicle designed for transporting 10 or more passengers and operated for the transportation of children to or from school or school activities.
(1)(b) Terms defined in Section 76-1-101.5 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits unauthorized entry onto a school bus if the actor:
(2)(a) enters a school bus with the intent to commit a criminal offense;
(2)(b) enters a school bus and disrupts or interferes with the driver; or
(2)(c) enters a school bus and refuses to leave the school bus after being ordered to leave by the driver and the actor:
(2)(c)(i) causes or attempts to cause a disruption or an annoyance to any passenger on the scho
