Text

(1)Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-8-101, and 76-8-901 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits assembling for advocating criminal syndicalism or sabotage if the actor, as a means of accomplishing or effecting industrial or political ends, change, or revolution:
(2)(a) assembles with two or more individuals; and
(2)(b) assembles for the purpose of advocating, teaching, or suggesting:
(2)(b)(i) the doctrine of criminal syndicalism; or
(2)(b)(ii) the duty, necessity, propriety, or expediency of performing an act of violence, destroying or damaging property, causing bodily injury to an individual, or committing a crime or unlawful act .
(3)A violation of Subsection (2) is a third degree felony.
