(1)Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-8-101, and 76-8-901 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits advocating criminal syndicalism or sabotage if the actor:
(2)(a) advocates, suggests, or teaches the duty, necessity, propriety, or expediency of crime, criminal syndicalism, or sabotage;
(2)(b) as a means of accomplishing or effecting industrial or political ends, change, or revolution:
(2)(b)(i) advocates, suggests, or teaches the duty, necessity, propriety, or expediency of performing an act of violence, destroying or damaging property, causing bodily injury to an individual, or committing a crime or unlawful act;
(2)(b)(ii) prints, publishes, edits, or issues, or knowingly circulates, sells, distributes, or publicly displays a book, pamphlet, paper, handbill, poster, document,
