(1)(1)(a) As used in this section:
(1)(a)(i) "Abscond from a facility" means an adjudicated minor:
(1)(a)(i)(A) leaves a facility without permission; or
(1)(a)(i)(B) fails to return at a prescribed time.
(1)(a)(ii) "Abscond from supervision" means an adjudicated minor:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) changes the adjudicated minor's residence from the residence that the adjudicated minor reported to the division as the adjudicated minor's correct address to another residence, without notifying the division or obtaining permission; or
(1)(a)(ii)(B) for the purpose of avoiding supervision:
(1)(a)(ii)(B)(I) hides at a different location from the adjudicated minor's reported residence; or
(1)(a)(ii)(B)(II) leaves the adjudicated minor's reported residence.
