(1)(1)(a) As used in this section:
(1)(a)(i) "Board member" means an appointed member of the Board of Pardons and Parole.
(1)(a)(ii) "Family member" means a parent, spouse, surviving spouse, child, or sibling of a judge or board member.
(1)(a)(iii) "Judge" means:
(1)(a)(iii)(A) a judge of a court of record;
(1)(a)(iii)(B) a judge of a court not of record; or
(1)(a)(iii)(C) a court commissioner.
(1)(b) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-8-101 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits threat with intent to impede, intimidate, interfere, or retaliate against a judge, board member, or family member if the actor threatens to assault, kidnap, or murder a judge, a board member, or a family member with the intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere with the judge or board member while
