Text
(1)Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-8-101 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits prevention of Legislature or public servant from meeting or organizing if the actor intentionally and by force or fraud:
(2)(a) prevents the Legislature, either of the houses composing the Legislature, or any of the members of the Legislature, from meeting or organizing; or
(2)(b) prevents any other public servant from meeting or organizing to perform a lawful governmental function.
(3)A violation of Subsection (2) is a third degree felony.
