Text

(1)An individual who is 18 years old or older and applies for public assistance, or who is 18 years old or older and currently receives public assistance, shall disclose to the state agency administering the public assistance each fact that may materially affect the individual's eligibility to receive or continue to receive public assistance, including the individual's current:
(1)(a) marital status;
(1)(b) household composition;
(1)(c) employment;
(1)(d) earned and unearned income, as defined by rule;
(1)(e) receipt of monetary and in-kind gifts that may affect the individual's eligibility;
(1)(f) assets that may affect the individual's eligibility; and
(1)(g) any other material fact or change in circumstance that may affect the determination of the individual's eligibility to receive pu
