(1)(1)(a) As used in this section:
(1)(a)(i) "Communication device" means any device, including a telephone, cellular telephone, computer, or radio, which may be used in an attempt to summon police, fire, medical, or other emergency aid.
(1)(a)(ii) "Emergency aid" means aid or assistance, including law enforcement, fire, or medical services, commonly summoned by persons concerned with imminent or actual:
(1)(a)(ii)(A) jeopardy to any person's health or safety; or
(1)(a)(ii)(B) damage to any person's property.
(1)(b) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-6-101 apply to this section.
