Text
(1)(1)(a) As used in this section, "critical infrastructure" includes:
(1)(a)(i) financial and banking systems;
(1)(a)(ii) any railroads, airlines, airports, airways, highways, bridges, waterways, fixed guideways, or other transportation systems intended for the transportation of persons or property;
(1)(a)(iii) health care facilities as listed in Section 26B-2-201, and emergency fire, medical, and law enforcement response systems;
(1)(a)(iv) public health facilities and systems;
(1)(a)(v) food distribution systems; and
(1)(a)(vi) other government operations and services.
(1)(b) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5 and 76-6-101 apply to this section.
