(1)(1)(a) As used in this section, "allow" means a failure to exercise the option to void the lease or other title described in Section 76-5c-105 within 10 days after the day on which the fee owner or lessor receives notice in writing from the county attorney of the county where the property is situated, or if situated in a city of the first or second class, from the city attorney of that city, that the property is being used for a purpose prohibited under this chapter.
(1)(b) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-5c-101, and 76-5c-201 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits fee owner or intermediate lessor allowing real property to be used for pornographic purposes if:
(2)(a) the actor is a fee owner or intermediate lessor of real property;
