§ 76-5c-210 — Distributing or purchasing a child sex doll.

(1)(1)(a) As used in this section:
(1)(a)(i) "Child sex doll" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5c-209.
(1)(a)(ii) "Distribute" means to sell, or with or without consideration, offer to sell, advertise, provide, ship, deliver for shipment, offer to deliver for shipment, or transfer.
(1)(b) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-5c-101, and 76-5c-201 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits distributing or purchasing a child sex doll if the actor knowingly, intentionally, or recklessly distributes, purchases, or offers to purchase a child sex doll.
(3)A violation of Subsection (2) is a third degree felony, with a mandatory fine of not less than $10,000.
