§ 76-5c-208 — Creating, viewing, or accessing pornographic or indecent material on school property.

(1)(1)(a) As used in this section:
(1)(a)(i) "Description or depiction of illicit sex or sexual immorality" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5c-207.
(1)(a)(ii) "Nude or partially denuded figure" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-5c-207.
(1)(a)(iii) "Pornographic or indecent material" means any material that:
(1)(a)(iii)(A) is harmful to minors;
(1)(a)(iii)(B) is pornographic;
(1)(a)(iii)(C) is a description of or depiction of illicit sex or sexual immorality; or
(1)(a)(iii)(D) contains a nude or partially denuded figure.
(1)(a)(iv) "School property" means property, including land and improvements, that a school district or charter school owns, leases, or occupies.
