(1)(1)(a) As used in this section:
(1)(a)(i) "Actor" means:
(1)(a)(i)(A) an individual employed by the Department of Health and Human Services created in Section 26B-1-201, or an employee of a private provider or contractor; or
(1)(a)(i)(B) an individual employed by the juvenile court of the state, or an employee of a private provider or contractor.
(1)(a)(ii) "Department" means the Department of Health and Human Services created in Section 26B-1-201.
(1)(a)(iii) "Juvenile court" means the juvenile court of the state created in Section 78A-6-102.
(1)(a)(iv) "Private provider or contractor" means a person that contracts with the:
(1)(a)(iv)(A) department to provide services or functions that are part of the operation of the department; or
(1)(a)(iv)(B) juvenile court to provide services or
