(1)(1)(a) As used in this section:
(1)(a)(i) "Assault" means an offense under Section 76-5-102.
(1)(a)(ii) "Emergency medical service worker" means an individual licensed under Section 53-2d-402.
(1)(a)(iii) "Health care provider" means the same as that term is defined in Section 78B-3-403.
(1)(a)(iv) "Health facility" means:
(1)(a)(iv)(A) a health care facility as defined in Section 26B-2-201; and
(1)(a)(iv)(B) the office of a private health care provider, whether for individual or group practice.
(1)(a)(v) "Health facility employee" means an employee, owner, or contractor of a health facility.
(1)(a)(vi) "Threat of violence" means an offense under Section 76-5-107.
(1)(b) Terms defined in Section 76-1-101.5 apply to this section.
