Text

(1)Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-13-101, and 76-13-201 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits attending an organized animal fighting exhibition if the actor is knowingly present:
(2)(a) as a spectator at any place, building, or tenement where preparations are being made for an exhibition of the fighting of animals, as prohibited by Subsection 76-13-202(2)(d) or (e); or
(2)(b) at an exhibition prohibited by Subsection 76-13-202(2)(d) or (e), regardless of whether an entrance fee has been charged.
(3)A violation of Subsection (2) is a class B misdemeanor.
