(1)(1)(a) As used in this section:
(1)(a)(i) "Minor victim" means a minor who is a victim of a violation of Subsection (2).
(1)(a)(ii) "Personal identifying information" means the same as that term is defined in Section 76-6-1101.
(1)(b) Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-12-101, and 76-12-201 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits unlawful electronic disclosure of a minor's personal information if:
(2)(a) the actor:
(2)(a)(i) is an adult;
(2)(a)(ii) electronically publishes, posts, or otherwise discloses in a public online site or forum personal identifying information of a minor who is unrelated by blood, marriage, or adoption to the actor; and
(2)(a)(iii) knows of, but consciously disregards, a substantial and unjustifiable risk that performing the action described in Subsec
