Text
(1)Terms defined in Sections 76-1-101.5, 76-11-101, and 76-11-201 apply to this section.
(2)An actor commits concealing an unlawfully possessed short barreled shotgun or short barreled rifle if:
(2)(a) the actor unlawfully possesses a short barreled shotgun or short barreled rifle;
(2)(b) the actor conceals the unlawfully possessed short barreled shotgun or short barreled rifle in a covered, hidden, or secreted manner that the public would not be aware of the short barreled shotgun's or short barreled rifle's presence; and
(2)(c) the short barreled shotgun or short barreled rifle is readily accessible for immediate use by the actor.
(3)A violation of Subsection (2) is a second degree felony.
