Text

(1)The division shall cancel, in whole or in part:
(1)(a) a registration of mark for which the division receives a voluntary request for the registration's cancellation from:
(1)(a)(i) the registrant; or
(1)(a)(ii) the assignee of record;
(1)(b) a registration of a mark:
(1)(b)(i) granted under this chapter; and
(1)(b)(ii) not renewed in accordance with the chapter;
(1)(c) a registration of a mark for which a court of competent jurisdiction finds that:
(1)(c)(i) the registered mark has been abandoned;
(1)(c)(ii) the registrant is not the owner of the mark;
(1)(c)(iii) the registration was granted improperly;
(1)(c)(iv) the registration was obtained fraudulently;
(1)(c)(v) the mark is or has become the generic name for the goods or services, or a portion of the goods or services, for whic
